Students will be introduced to the foundations of yoga with variations offered to every body. The intention is for you to leave feeling energized and accomplished about what your body can do!
This is a fun upbeat class that blends functional movement and yoga asana together to improve joint mobility, strength, balance, and flexibility! Core integration, breath and yoga philosophy are always the foundation of every practice.

A Hatha-style practice of linking breath to movement in a flowing sequence, followed by a Restorative and Yin style slow down focusing on mobility and stretching through movement and long held poses. By slowing the pace down, we create opportunity to release tension, create space and opening in the body, and become aware of the subtle energy flow within us. All levels will benefit from this class! Beginners will have time to learn elements of a new practice and more advanced practioners can take their practice deeper into meditation, relaxation, and conscious movement.”
Join Holly Brodt (Lotus Stone Mindfulness Meditation), and Shelley Frederickson (MeadowLark Meditation), every Sunday evening for a weekly meditation practice that offers a calm, welcoming space to slow down, reset, and reconnect
Each week explores a different theme and is designed to stand on its own, so you can join anytime. Sessions include a grounding meditation, reflective discussion, guided meditation, and time for quiet, silent practice. The approach is gentle and accessible for both beginners and experienced meditators.
You will leave feeling more centered, resilient, and better equipped to respond thoughtfully to life's challenges.
Holly and Shelley are certified mindfulness instructors who bring a warm, practical, and down-to-earth approach to meditation. No experience is needed — come just as you are.

Sound healing is a form of meditation where you are immersed in beautiful sounds and vibrations that heal body, mind and spirit. Experience a journey of deep relaxation and well-being as your brainwaves are altered through sound and vibration, leading to healing and self-discovery.

Join Erika to wind down and pause during this season in this Yin and Yoga Nidra practice. The full moon can bring heightened energy and sometimes that energetic force may feel untethered. In honoring the cycles of the moon through ritual and awareness we can stay present and harness this lunar energy to foster a more grounded connection. In this practice we will draw our attention inward to connect back to ourselves through breathwork, supportive light long-held yin stretches, and a deep rest into a yoga nidra practice (guided meditation). By bringing our thoughts and intention back to our own bodies we notice what no longer aligns to the rhythm of our lives. We will create a calm and soothing container for releasing and resting our nervous system for deep healing on a physical and energetic level.
